@Ahm0503: If the update is available in your region then you can download it via Wi-Fi on your Note 9 by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Alternatively, download Smart Switch for PC or Mac via the link below, connect your device to your computer and look for an update prompt on the Home Screen, next to your device details.
