Forgot password of Secure folder/Secure folder locked. Please help im losing my mind

Hi everyone 

I forgot my secure folder password and I can't inter it or reset pin (NO RESET PIN OPTION)

I am wondering if there's any other way to recover my files

i have the same issue, same phone, where do i submit a ticket or something. it's really dumb that i cant reset my password.

It happened for me too I just used  all my password attempts then  samsung account ID password  option was shown

After which I was able to reset my password

How many tries did it take you to reset your password? Because I've been trying for quite a while and the time to try adding the password again keeps extending. I can't do it for another two hours. 😭

Did anyone find out a solution to this for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G?

I open the Secure Folder. Enter an incorrect password and it tells me to try again in 60 seconds. I DO NOT have an forgot password option.

Any suggestions would be great.

For those who have forgotten your Secure Folder PIN, pattern or password, and a "Forgot password" option doesn't appear,  this means the "Reset with Samsung account" feature wasn't enabled. This feature is suggested when creating the Secure Folder for instances such as this. If this wasn't enabled, the only way to get back into the encrypted folder would be to delete the Secure Folder and it's contents, then set it up once again. 

The easiest way to do delete the Secure Folder would be to enter your password incorrectly 20 times, then you will be presented with an option to delete.

The second method would be to remove your Samsung account through Settings > Accounts and back up > Manage Accounts > Select your Samsung account > Sign out. Then head back to your phone's Settings > Security and Privacy > Secure Folder > Uninstall. Once complete, log back in to your Samsung account and head back into the same Secure Folder settings to set it up again. 

Once setup, you will find the password reset feature within the Secure Folder > 3 Dots (top right) > Settings > Lock Method > Enable Reset with Samsung account.

I don't  know 10 tries maybe 

Every time  i wrote  wrong password it showed no. of attempt left and after that samsung account login and change option came 

And after changing password I checked if reset with samsung account was on and it was indeed on 

So there's that too

It doesn't matter how many times I try to enter my credentials. I had the information  stored in my wallet but, its not working. I tried logging into my Samsung account online and can view my backed up secure folder and there is nowhere for "forgot password"  I can't even delete my Secure Folder on my phone without entering my password. Very frustrating.
