I'm not sure if they are the same but I use Google wallet and your cards are there if you log in to your wallet on another device but you have to register each card again before you can use it i.e add card to your wallet and pick it from your list of saved cards then it registers your device with your bank. With some banks it sets off an alarm so you may have to further validate over the phone, as for using the card on more than one device, it may be more down to the respective banks security policies rather than the app itself. I have several cards in my wallet and the process varies depending on the bank some are stricter than others. I hope this helps
