Please can I also check the status of this request, there must be another way to find the serial number, why on earth would it be put on the back of the washing machine, when they are extremely heavy and always live in a recess? There is a QR code on the front of mine, and that is how I’ve registered it on SmartThings, does this have the serial number or is this system really not smart at all, as I don’t think I can now physically pull my machine back out to see the serial number?
