Registered products

Hi 

I cannot find all my registered  products anymore.

I had TVs Watches and phones but now can only see one of my phones.

The web page used to show all my products in a line and you clicked on the arrow for the circle to move and show the next product.

Help please

Find warranty details for your device

Using a web browser, log in to your Samsung account on the Samsung website. Navigate to the My Products page. Here you will see a list of all your registered devices.

Hi I did that but all products are not there only my phone

I did last check the site a few years ago so that's probably why

Click on your profile picture
Devices
Registered devices

That just the same its only showing my phone and not my TV's or watch.

Samsung most update the site and old devices removed pre 2016 that's the only conclusion i can think of.

Hi  I have just found this page and pasted this URL directly on to my browser and it worked even though i am in the UK

I Have the same problem. I only see my phones, not all the other products that are logged in
