Weather app feature to use both Celsius and Mph

Options

There are only 2 options, Celsius and kph or Fahrenheit and mph. But my country uses Celsius and mph. It would be nice to be able to use Celsius and mph.

I agree. Same with the weight recording on Samsung health app. I prefer to use stone & pounds than Kilograms.
