Failed configuration after factory reset on Samsung A8

Hello, I did a factory reset on my Samsung A8, to give it to my son. Then I entered his account and started the new configuration, but can't get past the account registration. Anybody can help with this? Thank

Did you deregister your account before the factory reset? If not, enter your details to set the phone up, then deregister your account and reset the phone.

How old is he? Maybe there could be age restrictions and you might have to set it up as a kids phone.
