Disable gifs and emojis- parental control

I think there should be a way for someone with parental controls or family link to disable giphy and tenor and whatever other 3rd party things come with the keyboard without the user being able to bring them back on. Some of the gifs are inappropriate and I feel like it's not too much to ask to have parental controls over all apps, even the ones baked into other apps.

You can disable them under keyboard settings.

@ldff: Further to the above, please head to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Scroll down and tap on 'Select third-party content to use', and toggle off Giphy and Tenor from here.

I know you're able to disable it, but you can re-enable it right from the keyboard. There does not seem to be a way for it to be disabled and kept that way through parental controls.
