Contacts do not work when I click them after transfer via Smart Switch A20e

I have an A5-2016 and now I bought an A20e, I made contact transfer via Smart Switch, but on A20e, I can't make the call to the selected contact (via the call menu) I can only make calls if it is through the contacts menu and select contact.
That is, by the call menu, in the bottom tab of contacts, lists the contacts but it is not possible to select any.

If you manually add a new contact, can you then call it from the call menu?
