Dear Support
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and a Samsung Gear S3 watch and I have installed Samsung pay on the phone and watch using my Curve card, the issue I have is Samsung pay on the watch does not work every time and all I get is the pinpad beeps but no error message and I have tried about five different shops and it is all the same, I have managed to use it about twice in the same shops but it is very hit or miss if it is going to work.
Please, can you tell me why is the case and are you working on getting it to be more reliable?
