Colour palette not working after selecting default theme

I just updated my phone to the lastest android 12 update. 

i was playing around with the colour palette and themes and selected different themes then reverted back to the default theme.

Now the colour palette wont change the default apps to my selected colour, is there any way to fix this?

I have the same problem.
Even now that I've updated to One UI 5 the colours don't change anymore, but only in the notification bar.

So even updating don't help.
