Charger not working S7 Edge

Not long ago I bought a gen10 magnetic charger from NetDot. When I tried it on my S7 edge, it didn't work at all. I then tried it with other phones and it worked. My original Samsung charger still works on my S7.

I would be grateful for any assistance.
