I factory reset an old galaxy s5. I can still use so I reset it. Though of course I have a new note 10 phone - sometimes I need my old one. Samsung won't let me in. How do I get access back into my old phone. I need it for recording and the camera. I reset the password. And tried everything. I think I should call Samsung maybe ?

Try Below
Go to Samsung
Find My Mobile
from a computer, tablet or another phone
Select UNLOCK
Set a new password or pin
Samsung Find My Mobile also disables biometric scanners, so once you set your new password you can use it to unlock your Galaxy phone.

Hi @Crystal_545 @xSteveuk has provided the steps needed to unlock and set a new password/pin. For some more detail see here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-find-my-mobile-and-how-can-i-use-it-to-loc... It now also works with offline Devices https://www.theverge.com/2020/8/24/21399627/samsung-find-my-mobile-offline-feature

I am also locked out of my S21 and had it 'factory reset' but still can't access it as it isn't registered on my Samsung account. How do I get around this?
