S24 ultra not getting update

 guys please I still need your help. I have try the sim method to update my phone but still. I'm planning to reset everything maybe after that I will get the update 🤔.

Which country are you in and which retailer did you buy your device from

Current in Ghana and I purchased the phone from a retail shop in China

Using a phone in a country it wasn't made for causes updates issues. I'd expect a Chinese phone to not update if it's used outside of China.

You might be able to get updates working if you buy a cheap pay as you go Chinese sim card. Put it in once a month, update, swap back. This is assuming the phone is Chinese, it might be from another country then imported to China

Hey, little update. I believe your phone is actually originally american. From looking at your screenshot, it seems to be an unlocked american phone.

Honestly I'd say it was probably stolen and sold to China but hey, I have no proof of that

Then give an american sim card a try.

You could also try smart switch on a computer but I've never seen that actually work

Ok i have already try the American sim card but still . I will try again

American sim in, reboot phone, check for updates. Hopefully it works
