Since I installed One Ui 7 my S22 (base model) is constantly rebooting and freezing about of nowhere! I've wiped cache and factory reseted but nothing works. What should I do? Should another update fix this?

Ensure all your apps are up to date and that you have sufficient free space (at least 20%) sometimes there can be conflicts with 3rd party apps and if ok in this mode would pinpoint recent 3rd party apps which have been installed https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
if possible can send Error Report via Samsung Members,Support-Send Feedback-lock up/Restarting. Detail issues and ensure the system logs are attached.
