I can search for and find Samsung Notes in the Windows 11 store, but there is not install button.

The only way I could install it was to go to the web version of the store and

Get Samsung Notes - Microsoft Store en-GB

Click on the ellipsis [...] and choose "install on my devices".

Try Google chrome or Firefox, they will not require you to open the store, even if they require you can ignore. You should be logged in to your Microsoft account, then as soon as you boot your device it will be installed.

You can try to use another browser like Chrome or Firefox, and it should work

You need to hit the refresh button after entering mobile emulsion.

I had the same problem

This was beyond frustrating for me too. I had to get a new laptop because of an accident with my old one. And I knew that I managed to do this with Windows 11 on my old laptop, but I could not for the life of me remember how I did it. So I decided to post this for others and my future self (because I am hopelessly forgetful but resourceful!) even though I am normally just a viewer and never a replier. I hope that this helps someone even if it just ends up being me, again.

Please note: When I searched for Samsung Notes in the Microsoft store it said "owned".

1. Open your Microsoft Store app

2. Go to your app library. (Mine was on the bottom left.)

3. Go through the apps listed until you find Samsung Notes.

4. Click on the download button on the right.

5. Once you open the app and sign in you should be good to go.

still works i just tried it.  when you open console, turn it to mobile emulation then dont forget you need to hit refresh after then hit get. if you dont refresh page before it won't work.
