I unfortunately reset my Samsung Galaxy S5 yesterday and now I can't sign in into my Samsung Account in the Galaxy Wearable App. It worked fine in Samsung Health, but in the Wearable App (or the Store) I just shows an empty white popup.
Once, I don't know how I got there, it showed the message "Error: 3015".
I already tried reinstalling the App multiple times, which always requires new pairing with my Gear S3, but without my Samsung Account I can't restore my settings for it.

so, after a year Samsung didn't realease any solution?
If you haven't a samsung smartphone, you can not update your smartwatch. First time and the last that i bought your product.

I just got myself a new Samsung Watch.
But I can't use it because its impossible to sign in!!!
What is the solution??

Return the watch, buy a Garmin, and never buy an Samsung product again. At least that’s what I did.
Decent products, but the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced..

I did the same in the end. I feel like the Gear S2 got worse with every firmware update. Constant problems with the software, fast draining battery ...
I also got a Garmin smartwatch now and I'm not going back.
