Server Error only for Zimbabwe

Hello l recently switched to the Samsung S20 and l have been failing to login to my samsung account. I have updated everything. If l change country code and add a foreign number it proceeds to enter the otp, but as long as l put Zimbabwe it says server error. Could it be possible that Zimbabwe is blocked from accessing the samsung server  ?

Could be temporary. Just keep trying. Are you able to access Samsung websites via a pc or laptop?
