Camera zoomed in - Whatapp

I have a Samsung A21s. My camera is fine but whenever I go the WhatsApp app, and use its camera, the image is zoomed in. BEFORE posting the pic, my image is zoomed and I cant zoom back out but when I take a picture and send, the image is then zoomed out and back to normal. How do I make my camera zoom out before posting the pic, so i can see it normally?

I think the update was a coincidence because I had two updates on hold because I was busy and it still happened to me. Unless you mean whatsapp update. Then yeah it is probably that.

Same problem here. I also have AS21. The problem started few weeks ago after i updated my whatsapp n I thought its just a small glitch n will be normal again but the problem is still there.

I deleted and reinstalled the app today and the problem is fixed.

Good news, the problem has been resolved in the recent update of watsapp.

I contacted watsapp via email last week and they were kind enough to inform that it will be resolved in the next update, which is done for my case.
