Camera zoomed in - Whatapp

I have a Samsung A21s. My camera is fine but whenever I go the WhatsApp app, and use its camera, the image is zoomed in. BEFORE posting the pic, my image is zoomed and I cant zoom back out but when I take a picture and send, the image is then zoomed out and back to normal. How do I make my camera zoom out before posting the pic, so i can see it normally?

I also have Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and I recently have the same problem. I forced stop the app, clear the cache, restarted the device, reinstall the app but still the same. Isn't there any update about this issue?

2024 and this is still a problem. Smooths face and auto zooms.

I don't have that issue. I can zoom to 0.6, 1.0 and 3.0
