Camera Data not delete

A week ago , I checked my storage for camera, It's almost 24G. After clearing it,  it was still coming back. And actually 6G of storage is used. 

Try to find some way without factory reset.

Try updating your app to the latest version, emptying the recycle bin after deleting your files and doing a hard restart of your device.

Something strange there. Here's my camera storage data. Never cleared the cache or data.
