Hi, my first post so hope I'm in the right place! I've had a Samsung A14 4G phone for just a few days and still learning. When I receive a phone call the volume is almost inaudible until I press the "Speaker" icon. My volume setting on the button on the right is on maximum and my internal volume settings are all on high. Is there any way I can set the speaker to be on all the time, and any other tips to increase the volume would be appreciated.
Thanks

@Strat621: Do you have a case or cover on the phone? If so, try removing it temporarily, just in case it is obstructing the in-call speaker. I also recommend pressing and holding the Side key, and selecting 'Restart' from the Power off menu, to resolve any software issues that might be a contributing factor.
To test the hardware, head over to the Phone app, dial *#0283#, then select “Start: RCV_1stMic” and speak into your phone like you’re on a call. Can you hear yourself clearly during the playback?
