@martinwin10b1909: Try heading to the Galaxy Store > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Updates > Samsung Members, to see if there are any updates available that might address the issue. If not, head to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage > Clear Cache. If your phone is currently outside the region it was intended to be used in, then this can also affect the content of the Members app.
There is no updates for samsung members
I tried 2 times to clean data and reboot phone but nothing happened, I bought phone in finland which in this country i using this phone.
