Bixby routines won't turn off

f somebody uses Bixby routines here and has used those that turn off something after app is exited for example I use routine " Maximum processing speed " when inside Gallery and My Files, when I exit it started to not listen to the command that it shouldturn off, same with sync.

I have a S23U but previously had a 22U and the routines worked fine

So I spend a lot of time in hotels and use my phone for digital key, when I open hotel app it turns on the NFC, when I exit the app it turns it off.

Works a charm as I dont like leaving NFC on

Anyone else who's routines are based on app opening and actions won't turn off afterwards even if set to?
