I have "Driving" mode set to turn on when my phones Bluetooth connects to my Android head unit. How can I make it turn off automatically when I leave the car. It does but after a loooooonnnnnnnnnnnnngg delay.

@gibbylinks: Do you have this action set up as a Routine? If not, head to Settings > Mode and Routines > Routines > + > If > Bluetooth device > Device (select your cars system) > Connected > Done > Then > Modes > Turn on mode > Driving > When routine ends > Set actions > Return to status before routine ran > On > Done > Save.
Let me know if this helps.
