So I have waited years, sent many a feedback to Google to support Android Auto Wireless, they did but then it was vehicle dependent.

So yesterday I swapped to a car which supports Android Auto Wireless, both times my mobile in my pocket or cupholder it ran very hot and a high battery.

In the end I have turnoff the Wireless setting in my mobile developer settings and gone back to a cable.

Yea android auto it terrible for the phone. I drive for a living so I use my wife's old s10e for android auto, (I basically just use the maps) after my 8 hours yesterday I opened the hatch where the s10e was and it was very very warm. They need to fix it, but to be fair apple car play is the same maybe it runs a tad cooler I just don't get why they have to get so warm its only beaming to a screen 🤷
