Amazon Ring doorbell V2 does not send notifications to my Samsung S21FE phone

Hi,

I have this Ring Doorbell V2. At first I was not getting any notifications on any phone. Then I fixed it for the Samsung Note 20 Ultra (clearing the cache), then I started getting the notifications properly on that device.

Unfortunately, I have the same issue on S21 FE (no notifications), which has Android 14 (and not 13). I get no notifications from Ring (but I do from other apps).

I phoned Ring support and we tested various things for an hour. We noticed that my ring account send notifications on my phone (Note 20 Ultra), and the S21FE ring account is not getting any notifications on the S21 FE.

Then we tried my ring account on the S21FE and the S21FE ring account on my Note 20 Ultra: no notifs on the S21FE but notifs on the Note 20 Ultra.

So something happening on the S21FE phone. I checked every settings, notifications are on, even for the ring app, and there is nothing unusual beside not getting the ring notifications. We get any other apps notifications by the way.

I have no more ideas, anyone has a clue?

I just tried with adb.exe from Android on the S21FE in debug mode, and rang the Ring doorbell V2 from the door. I then did adb logcat to check the logs, in particular from com.ring app but I did not see anything particularly relevant... No obvious error(s) at the time of ringing...I'm a bit rusty with debugging but nothing was stricking out with notifications and/or Ring...

I just tried to create a new ring account with another phone, the A34 5G, also Android 14 with all latests updates. I invited that to my Ring home and tried ringing the doorbell: only my Note 20 Ultra receives notifications...

Something happened a few days ago: the S21FE started receiving notifications from the ring doorbell. Nothing has changed in the setup and they were no relevant app update on that phone. 

On the other side, still nothing from the A34 5G, no notifications when we press the doorbell.  

Anyway on my Note 20 Ultra, I was also not receiving until I cleared the ring app cache... That did not work on the other phones.
