Adding internal and external links to images and highlighted text in Samsung Notes.

I know I can use existing links in .pdf documents but I would like to be able to inert both internal (to other Samsung Notes pages) and external links (to Web pages etc) into my notes by using the pop up when I've highlighted text or selected an image.

If this is already a feature then it's very well hidden or I'm being especially thick minded.

If this is not a feature then it really seems like it would be of great benefit to all Samsung Notes users and perhaps it should be adopted in future updates to the app? 

Am I way off mark here or am I on to something?
