How to stop keyboard from using same prediction data outside of Secure Folder?

My Secure Folder is allowing predictions from inside the folder to be shown outside the folder, and vice versa. For example email addresses typed inside secure folder are being predicted outside the folder, instead of it acting like an independent keyboard. This is data that the secure folder is not keeping safe as its able to exit the secure folder unchecked through the keyboard.
