A7 2018 samsung pay not compatible

Hi,

2 weeks ago I bought new A7 from samsung store. The problem is that I can't download samsung pay. It shows that my device is not compatible. I know that Samsung pay doesn't work on some phones but I got the phone straight from Samsung!

What should I do?

Without knowing more details about your devices I can't say why it doesn't work.

1. If you purchased your Samsung device from a country that has launched Samsung Pay then it should work (usually problems arise with devices purchased from online vendors, not with devices purchased from telcos or official partners).

2.You can check what is your device customer code by going to Settings -> About Phone -> Software information -> Service Provider SW ver. (for me looks like below)
