6.1 update sucks

Why the heck did you change the navigation bar? It was perfect, now it's a complete mess, I can't get use to it, most apps don't work with the back button. When texting there's no way to hide the keyboard with the navigation bar hiden. Fix this Samsung...

Samsung can't fix this because Google has implemented the changes to accommodate the new AI features.
It's something that is part of the Android operating software.

What you can do on a Samsung phone is go into the Samsung App Store. Then download Goodlock and the Navstar plugin
This will give you the opportunity to customise the gestures to your liking

While I've never personally had any issue with the new "default" gestures, I don't think there's been any change to the options that were there before the update, all of the customisation options still appear within the settings as normal without the need for any additional apps, however you will need nav star to show the option to toggle gesture hints, aside from that I see nothing else that's different

Download goodlock and you can go back to navigation gestures. You can also hide the mic and hide keyboard buttons to make the keyboard even neater.

You can download goodlock and then download Navistsr which will allow you to change. I agree with It being an awful update.

You used to be able to change the which side. I for years have had swiping up from left bottom for open apps, middle for home, and right for back. Now with the side swipe many of the site i use aren't made for it and can't swipe back. And my muscle memory is going to take forever to adjust to this. Makes me want to just go buy an iPhone if that's what they wanna force me to do
