When I open my zfold the screen turns blank. And it gets difficult to see on both the screen as both in amd out screen goes blank even though the phone is working. I can get calls but the screen is blank

Hi @nishaA,

 

Have you tried a Soft Reset yet? You can do this by pressing the volume down button and the on/off button at the same time for a few seconds.
