I could find that the issue likely happens because I have a "work profile" where I have my employer's apps which are connected to my company server through a VPN. So it seems that there are some conflicts between the work profile network and my private DNS setup.
I still find this strange because for me, the work profile should be completely isolated from my personal network settings... but it seems not to be the case.
By temporarily disabling the work profile, I don't get the annoying notification anymore. The drawback is that I will be unable to receive notifications from my outlook and Teams apps in the work profile.
