Our washing machine stopped mid-cycle, with the timer stuck on 9mins. It's 21 months old, so under warranty.
Having drained it and cleaned the filter, the machine turns on no problem and I can select any cycle but, when I start it, the door locks and there is just a low humming sound.
I have been throught he support page and the repair booking system won't even recognise my postcode to book an appointment. Any help appreciated
