Samsung washing machine is 4.5 years old and has been fine until the last few months when it began to stop mid cycle but shows no error code.
This happens on multiple programs and is not isolated to any particular one.
I pause the machine then start it again, which sometimes works OK but sometimes it doesn't. It is very annoying so any help that anyone can provide will be welcome.

Hi @JakeCox ,
Error code "Ub" indicates an unbalanced load. More on the weird and wonderful world of Samsung washing machine error codes here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/home-appliances/what-do-the-codes-on-my-washing-machine-mean/ . Guidance from that page for "Ub, UE, Ur" error codes is:

Sounds like it could be an issue with the control board or door latch. Sometimes a bad connection or sensor can stop the cycle without any error code. Check the door latch to make sure it’s closed properly, and if the problem keeps happening, you might need a tech to take a look at it.

We sometimes get the door open code before a cycle begins and respond to that OK. We'll double check the door is properly closed but it sounds like we need a techie. Thanks for your reply.

Further to my original post we checked the door and it has been secure each time we use the machine. This morning we got an error code of Ub which does not appear in our manual's Troubleshooting section. Any clues from anybody on this error code please?
