Hello, is any one else having issues with this model walking across the floor? We had ours delivered at the every end of November and we can not get the machine to stop moving during a spin. We did all the right things removal of travel bolts, calibrated, leveled adjusting legs. We used a spirit level to make sure it's 100% level in all direction and we even bought a rubber mat for it to sit on. We have to repeat the process after each wash!! We have an engineer coming out to check the problem hopefully this week. Is anyone else having trouble? We love the machine but at the moment it looks like it'll be unuseable

I have had that problem with my WW80J5555FW/EU Samsung WM. After a couple of unsuccessful visits by the Samsung expert we discovered that it is explained in the manual. There should have been a special spanner provided that allows the locking nut just above the stabilising feet of the washing machine to be turned, in the opposite direction, to effectively lock the foot at the correct height. The delivery people failed to leave the spanner with me so Curry's are supplying another one!!

Have a look at the troubleshooting steps at the bottom of page 48 in the user manual, @IanM_Dundee, 'Excessive vibrations or makes noise'. Does anything there apply?
