So our machine was in the spin portion of the cycle or was just about to enter it, and we see a UC error on the display. This happened last week, we unplugged the unit, reset the plug back and it turns on but won't begin any new program/cycle. It'll just come up with a dC error.
We had an appliance tech scheduled to come over, but we decided to turn it on and try again, and the unit began working fine. Until today. We see the same UC error as it was rinsing/spinning. Once again, we unplugged the unit and tried it again, but we get a dC error once more.
The unit does power on perfectly fun, it just won't run. After the initial UC error, any attempt to start a new program shows a dC error. We've drained the unit and reset the plug. We're assuming UC is the root error, because there doesn't seem to be any damage to the door lock mechanism which would show the dC error. The door itself locks perfectly fine whenever a new cycle is attempted, as we have to wait a couple minutes before it unlocks again.
Anyone have any idea as to what the issue could be so we can try some things or just so we know what could be the issue and plan for it better. Literally just a 6yr old machine if that, so really surprised it's stopped working already.
