I regret choosing Samsung for my dishwasher purchase. Their premium-priced products are completely undermined by the shockingly poor customer service I’ve received. I had to take time off work for the initial delivery and expected installation, only for it to be delayed indefinitely. My Christmas plans were ruined, as I couldn’t host my family due to the lack of space and functionality. Samsung’s compensation offer? A £70 discount code—essentially asking me to spend more money with them after this awful experience. Why would I buy anything else from them after this nightmare? Their handling of this issue has been abysmal. Weeks later, they still haven’t resolved it. The lack of communication, accountability, and respect for their customers’ time and money is shocking. I expected better from a brand like Samsung, but this experience has proven they cannot deliver even basic service. If you’re considering buying a Samsung appliance, think twice—your money is better spent elsewhere.
