why is this allowed to happen especially as i have informed them of my dad being terminally ill and any infection could kill him, after several calls and complaints and having to self isolate and not see my dad for over a week you insist another engineer re visit my home from the same area dispite my concerns and having spoken with a manager who said that the item would be replaced your company now goes back on its word

Hi when youve got a faulty item and you inform samsung directly and the repair centre of the health issues with my dad who i look after and that any infection could kill him this is not acceptble to send someone into my home from high risk area which is in lockdown without informing me so i could make the decission on him coming in
