Hi AtshaamY I've listened to these noises and none are remotely similar to the noise my machine is making......attached. Please, have you got any other suggestions?

You must check that the washing machine is installed on a level floor. If the floor is not level, use the levelling feet to adjust the height of the washing machine. Also, ensure the laundry load is balanced as overloading the washing machine can cause such issues.
Metal objects in the drum during a cycle can cause noise. After washing, remove these objects from the drum or filter case. You may try an empty wash cycle to see if the same issue occurs.

Thanks, yes I can hear it now and it sounds like one of the autodose pumps - if its near the end of the wash then it will be the Rinse/Fabric Softener Pump - if it starts at the beginning of the wash this is normal too , that will be the Soap/Detergent pump pumping in the detergent to the drum/wash . If machine is working as it should and cleaning as it should then it should be normal . Maybe you have not just noticed this noise before @jcp78
