I brought a Samsung Series 5 AI Energy WW90CGC04DAB washing machine 2 weeks ago, for the first week it worked fine, the last few washes it started to make a loud noise, upon checking, where it's banging it's pushed the front panel away from the side panel. Contacted Samsung on the phone, kept going round in circles telling me to do a diagnostic test saying it will fix the problem,(obviously it won't) finally 40 mins going round in circles, get given a email to sent a video too, and told someone will get back to you within 24 hours, still nothing.
Shouldn't have this problem with a brand new washing machine, awful customer service.
