Having purchased the above April this year I couldn't get it installed due to the current situation till end of May, not having seen that to be given the extended warranty I had to register within 90 days which unfortunately had passed. I asked samsung if they would reconsider due to the current situation and I was severely disabled if they would reconsider but to no avail, you would think that a large multi national company would at least give it some consideration but no. I asked if it could be looked at again but nothing at present even though it was supposedly passed to a senior manager.
