American style fridge freezer temperature issues

I have an American style fridge freezer, the freezer section works perfectly, but the fridge temperature fluctuates from 2-10 even though it is set on 2. Can anyone shine a light on what may be the problem? Many thanks, Steve

I have the same problem on my 3 year old,  us style refrigerator RSA1SHPN.    Fridge is set at 2C but the fridge inside compartment temperature is 10C - 12C.  Door  show 2C .  Freezer set at -20 and actual temp is -20 - so working OK

Cooling coil behind freezer panel is Clea  - no ice and fans working OK too.    lots of space around freezer, seals all OK.   Would welcome a resolution to this too.
