Washing machine door moves in and out

I have a 11kg bespoke washing machine, when it is getting to spin, or slowing down from a spin the washing machine door moves in and out, and it rocks a bit from side to side.

The washing machine is 6 weeks old and is on a hard tiled floor (porcerlin tiles glossy) and the washing machine is level. 

Any ideas what is wrong.

I also enjoy my machine that almost spins like my grandmother's washer when I was a child. 🤦

I would love to give you some good news, but I can only tell you: Return it ASAP if that's still possible.

It only gets worse from here.
