Stuck on rinse and dry clock not moving

Machine is lagging on 10mins cleaned the drum., unhooked the pipe, restarted it nothing seems to be working

is it maybe not being able to 'balance' the items in the drum to go into spin mode? - does it keep revolving back and forth trying to balance the items in the drum, that would cause the time to stop at 10mins
