Washer Auto Dispense Setting Resets

I've noticed that our Auto Dispense setting on our Washer resets after every wash. I was under the impression that the setting is memorized. I also understand that if the power outage, the setting gets reset. After every wash our settings seem to reset to None. I only now just realized and I've done many loads with the setting set to none. A little upset of how many months have gone by with the setting set to none. Is this a known issue? There has been no power outages either. Any trouble shooting steps I can go through?

@ThePineappleEstate: Please can you confirm the model number of your washing machine, located on the sticker on the inside of the door or drum, and I will look into this further for you.

@ThePineappleEstate: Thank you for confirming those details for me. For clarity, where are you currently based, as this doesn't appear to be a UK model?

As per the user manual, "Auto dispensing feature is on automatically as a default setting which can be turned off from Options menu. When Auto Dispensing is on and the Auto Dispensing cartridge is not filled with detergent, then the user will receive the following message each time of use: "Refill Auto detergent dispenser", "Refill Auto softener dispenser", "Refill Auto detergent and softener dispensers".

If you're not seeing the notifications referenced above, then Check if the "Dose per Wash" or "Dose per Rinse" option is set to Off.
- Auto detergent/softener compartment does not dispense the detergent/softener if the option is set to Off.
- Tap Options, select Dose per Wash or Dose per Rinse, and then tap OK to select the desired input level of detergent/softener.
- The "Dose per Wash" and "Dose per Rinse" options automatically turns off in the Wool, Delicates, Outdoor, and Activewear cycles. To dispense detergent/softener in the Wool, Delicates, Outdoor, and Activewear cycles, tap Options, select Dose per Wash or Dose per Rinse, and then tap OK.
