I have this same issue! Owed £200 and I’ve contacted the promotional team and still not received any sort of response whatsoever. I have a code which I thankfully screenshot as I have no emails at all. Absolutely disgraceful service from Samsung, very disappointed!

I have the same issue. They said it's approved and I thought it would just be paid. And no its not there many months later. I've contacted the customer service. This is very very disappointing to read so many are in the same boat. I think this needs to be reported to Trading Standards frankly. This is fraud.
