I Have successfully registered 2 other products( Phone & TV), bu this freezer drove me nuts and eventually had to ring the support desk. Has something changed? There was advice to scan the codes, but nothing to show which one. It failed to recognise any of the 4 that I found. After several hours I gave in and made contact by phone. Nice young lady took my details and gave me my registration code. However the promised email has still not arrived after one hour.
The system does not seem to recognise "Freezers" only "Fridge Freezers". There must be a lot out there surely.

I'm having the same problem. Registered 4 other products but fridge freezer is giving me the run around
