Warranty for Home Appliance Shows Wrong Dates.

Can I please get some help sorting the warranties for these.

They're showing as expired Manufacturer Warranty : expired on 31-01-2023.
The purchase date for them all is Purchase Date 28-01-2021.

But I have the emails with the registration codes below confirming they have a 5 year warranty.

I tried to book my washing machine in for a service but the repair company said the warranty is expired. I did call the Samsung number and they told me it shouldn't matter that I need to give the repair company the registration code for the washing machine warranty and they'd accept it. That's not the case as the repair company told me.

It needs to be fixed online. Please can I get the warranty dates updated so I can book a repair, thanks.

You'll need to contact the retailer who gave you the 5 year warranty to get it updated online or, if you bought direct from Samsung, you'll need to reach out to them again as they'll need to update the systems.

We are all customers on here so cannot access your account or make such changes. 🙏
