Hi,
I have 3 ACs with a MIM-H04N. I managed to register and add the ACs to the smarthings app.
When I change the status or configurations with the remote, it shows in the app (if it's on/off, mode, fan etc), but when I try to change anything in the app, it just doesn't respond.
It shows a loading circle bar, and nothing happens with the AC.
So, I can confirm that AC is communicating with the wifi-kit/smartthings, but can't change a thing in the app.
What can it be?
Is it possible because central control isn't enabled in the interior units?
Thanks!

Hey, same happening to me ... it worked so so before update July/2024. After update it just doesn't load up A/C screen in SmartThing app. Only circle show up ... in infinite loop, infinite time.
I`m running app on iPhone 15 Pro.
A/C happened partially useless after that.

Hey, I bought two wind free airconditions and I have the same issue when I click on my registered device, only a loading circle bar appearing for infinite time.. I do on Iphone 15 Pro, but it is the same with Iphone XS.. I use ASUS router, but I made a try with the basic router by Vodafone and issue is the same.. I reported tons of times to Samsung on different sites, but no changes, no solution, no valuable answer.............. PLS DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!! WASTING MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys,
I found the solution for me. The indoor units option code settings must be changed with SEG numbers (see installation manual). You can do it with your remote control. You must ENABLE "Central Control Option" that comes disabled by default.
Hope it helps. Cheers

Okey I have the main problem! It works on Android only, from IOS the issue is still on.
Should be a firmware update need or update app for IOS users, I am not smart in these thinks.. The climate services reported to Samsung directly whose will investigate the issue. Once they prove the solution I will share here.
